Ok, I’m not giving up on game design, but god damn the universe is making things hard.
Felt like I was finally getting shit figured out. Got some new meds, brain was behaving for once. Was saving up to invest in equipment needed to quit my job and do contract screen printing, which would have given me the flexibility and time to work on my projects. Unfortunately, I got fired from my steady job on my birthday last year, so priorities have shifted. Vehicles have broken down, family have gotten sick, I’ve still not been able to find a new job in my field, and my unemployment and savings will be gone soon so I’ll probably be back to scrubbing toilets by my next birthday.
Anyway, I don’t expect to be releasing any game titles soon, but I have in my spare time between job apps, I put together and released a few coloring books on Amazon under the brand Inkwell Spent Press.
